Shipping policy

Please allow our small team a processing time of 5 business days. Tracking will be emailed once order is fulfilled. We use USPS Priority Mail, which quotes a 1-3 day delivery window. Please allow more processing time during our holiday sales!

If you're local, please consider local pickup as an option! It helps us all save on packaging and CO2 emissions. And the West Loop is a great neighborhood to visit :)
