product exchanges + refunds
We're happy to refund or replace purchases for products that are unsatisfactory in any way.
event refunds
We do not offer refunds for any event purchases (including public and private Mask Bar or Steam Sesh bookings).
event rescheduling
Please contact us if you are unable to attend your event. We will offer a code to rebook at a later time if notified at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are not eligible for re-bookings or refunds.
